Skill Description: You're good with swords. Really, REALLY good with swords. If you have two swords, you can use one of them to block instead of a shield, and wielding a sword in each hand lets you attack twice per Action.
Skill effect: Use 2 Attack rolls per Action when dual-wielding, can block without use of a Shield.
